I am a personal trainer in the Manhattan, NYC area and have spent many years in Europe as a volleyball champion where I learned from some of the best coaches and athletes in the world. My regimen for complete fitness includes weight loss, nutrition, muscle gain, conditioning, balance and toning. I create custom training programs that address fitness goals and concerns and that are flexible enough to fit your schedule and constraints.

My programs get you mentally and physically prepared so that you can be the best you want to be and a powerful new you. Many of my clients have told me that after training with me, they've realized greater successes at work, been able to focus more, and have done better in dating/relationships.
