When these muscular and skeletal groups are strengthened, it serves to improve overall excercise as well as neuro-muscular ability. Eric helps her clients accomplish this through assisted stretching in which he interactively participates in the stretch; static stretching which the individual uses the resistance of thir body or a static object to achieve the stretch and dynamic or active stretching which involves a constant movement of the body and possibly some weight to add resistance to a stretch.
