Weight Training

Weight training consists of working out the whole body with exercises that shape and strengthen. it's important to concentrate on the entire body to keep proportion and consistancy and also promotes well-being, muscle gain and weight loss, naturally. To enhance the efficient machine that we call a body effectively, a comprehensive fitness training strategy must be employed. There is no such thing as "spot training" but when you have a strategy that works with the body, you see results that are beautiful and exciting. An unfocused method of training can actually work against your goal if your body doesn't act in a state of equillibrium.

Fitness Training for the Back

The back is the largest muscle group, keeps the body balanced, is a midpoint for chest, arms, shoulders and the complete upper body system. These muscles respond very well to resistance training and allow for coordination of other muscle groups. Since it is easy to hurt ones body with improper excercise or exertion, it is imperative to work on one of this, one of the body's strongest muscles.

Shoulder Exercising

This is one of the body's most aethetic parts and also connects the arms and back making it easier to build muscle. The shoulder joint has the most range of motion than that of any other body part and therefore is prone to injury, so it is critical to strengthen the body part. The shoulders is used in many exercises so it is very important.

Chest Development

Having a well developed chest promotes good posture, builds aesthetic appeal, helps keep the body balanced and also well formed. The chest provides good natural cover for shock and blows to the torso as well (useful for martial arts students).

Leg Training

The legs are yet another large muscle group which supports the entire weight of the body and also provides an ample source for weight loss when it is built, not to mention holds an aesthetic quality.

Bicep Muscle Training

These are key to building the rest of the body by providing powerful support for movement and excercise. The biceps also assist in sports and the lifting of heavy items. And best of all look good when built proportionally.

Triceps Defining

The triceps support bicep function, fill in the arms to give more of a complete and full arm structure. Without sufficient focus on this muscle group, the arm itself is less attractive and skin can flap from the gap of muscle growth. In addition the triceps also helps shoulder exercise and functions.

Fitness Training

Fitness training helps keep the body taught, increases range and strength of motion, provides physical conditioning for muscle building, balance, aesthetic improvement and allows for greater possibility in sports and lifestyles. Fitness training is complimentary to your weight gain and loss training goals.

Conditioning / Endurance Training

This allows for better breathing, tones the body, shapes the muscles and develops power.

Body Toning

Toning allows for the skin and muscles to be tightly represented and not to look loose. This in essence makes you feel younger, stronger and taught. This makes the skin and muscle firm. This is what people strive for to look at their very best.

Weight Loss Training

Loosing weight makes one feel better, supports a heathy lifestyle, makes you stronger, and promotes less disease. Weight can also hinder movement. best of all, you will feel great in knowing that aethetically a lack of fat or extra weight will make you socially attractive (important for motivated professionals).
